Mental Health Monday Tip

As we start this new week, I want to remind you that mental health is just as important as physical health. It's essential to prioritize your emotional well-being, just as you would your physical health by exercising, eating right, and getting enough sleep. In fact, nearly 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. experiences mental illness each year, according to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). If you're struggling, reach out for help. Speaking to a licensed therapist can provide a safe, non-judgmental space to express your feelings, gain insight, and develop coping skills. You don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone. Advocate for your mental health today—take the first step by acknowledging how you're feeling and seeking support when needed.
